  17.     With regard to the uuencoding of files for transferring
  18.     with mail. There is another method of transferring files
  19.     but both sites must be using the 'PINE' mailer. This is 
  20.     menu driven mail handler which also handles attachments
  21.     as ASCII files whether they are ASCII or not!

  23.     As for getting digitized photos of some classic trees . . .
  24.     well I am soon going to be one of those new types of employees!
  25.     My employer is in the process of setting me up to work 
  26.     out of home . . . that means they supply all the equipment
  27.     I need to produce. What  will doing is creating Video Graphics
  28.     for their Instructional, Public Relations and Training Videos.

  30.     Besides the Amiga/VideoToaster system they will getting me
  31.     a Full colour scanner from which I will, of course, have
  32.     to practice! What better way to practice than to develop
  33.     some images of my favourite trees.

  35.     Is it expected that all images be UUencoded and dropped into
  36.     the Alt.bonsai slot?

  38.     Where ever . . . expect to see some images as soon as the 
  39.     equipment arrives. Probably within the next two weeks!
