  13. I just wonder is there any smart guys/girls in your BBS have the experience

  15. setting up UNIX-workstation network ? If yes, can he/she answer the

  19. machine in the world through INTERNET ? What is the minimal hardware or
  20. software to do that ? Would anyone tell me how to do it briefly ?

  24. Q3. How can I set up the NIS/Yellow Page in my local workstations ?

  26. Currently, I work for a telephone company in which I got the above question.

  29.      3 * SUN's IPX workstation (16 RAM + 207 MB & 1.3 GB HD )
  30.          running on SUN OS 4.1.2 with Open Look Windows 3.0
  31.      1 * SUN's 630MP Server (64 RAM + 6*1.3 GB HD) software platform same

  34.      2 * SGI's 4D/35 workstation (16 RAM + 200 MB & 1.3 GB HD)
  35.          running on SGI IRIX 4.1 with Motif Windows

  37.      1 * DEC's 5000 workstation (16 RAM + 200 MB & 1.3 GB HD)
  38.          running on DEC ULTRIX 4.2 with DEC Windows
