  28. A lot of males never make it past the mental age of 13, as can be seen by
  29. some of the other followups to your post.  A grown man with peers of that
  30. level of acuity is culturally still in 7th grade.   Usually they grow out
  31. of it by, say, 40 or so.  In this humble one's experience.
