  10. Hi!  I'd like to post a question to you folks who have experience in
  11. the art of massage.

  13. I was involved in a car accident about 2-1/2 years ago in which I
  14. fractured a vertebrae (sp?) in my back.  As a result, I developed
  15. arthritis in my back.  On cold or humid days I suffer back pain.

  17. What kind of massage therapy could you recommend to help ease the back
  18. pain I feel, both as a result of the arthritis and the tension pain
  19. that builds from reacting to the arthritis pain?

  21. The pain is always centered in my back, at a level just below the
  22. bottoms of my shoulder blades.  The tension I feel develops pain
  23. just below my neck line.

  25. I'd like to help my wife learn any techniques that might be useful in
  26. helping me through the occasional rough day.  Thanks for your time and
