- Hi! I'd like to post a question to you folks who have experience in
- the art of massage.
-
- I was involved in a car accident about 2-1/2 years ago in which I
- fractured a vertebrae (sp?) in my back. As a result, I developed
- arthritis in my back. On cold or humid days I suffer back pain.
-
- What kind of massage therapy could you recommend to help ease the back
- pain I feel, both as a result of the arthritis and the tension pain
- that builds from reacting to the arthritis pain?
-
- The pain is always centered in my back, at a level just below the
- bottoms of my shoulder blades. The tension I feel develops pain
- just below my neck line.
-
- I'd like to help my wife learn any techniques that might be useful in
- helping me through the occasional rough day. Thanks for your time and
- input.
