- In typical East Tennesse good ole boy fashion, only those related to or
- contributing to Butcher and his pals made any money on the deal. The
- hotel/motel referal service was bought and paid for,
- parking/entertainment was only listed in the "guides" if the proper
- gratuities were made, etc. A boatload of people lost serious money on
- the affair.
