  19. Yes, I sometimes have this urge too. The thought goes through my mind of all
  20. the hassle and problems that I could cause for myself by this simple act.
  21. Why should I even think about it ?. Is it that well known tendancy toward
  22. self-distruction that many of us have ?, that force that will stop us
  23. from succeding even when we think we want to and believe we are trying to.
  24. I think this self-distructiveness spreads into relationships such that we
  25. will deliberately ruin all relationships, as if to prove ourselves correct
  26. in our belief that we are destined to be misrable and lonely.
  27. I don't know where it comes from. In my case probably from childhood, but
  28. there are likely other causes such as disasterous first relationships etc.
