- Yes, I sometimes have this urge too. The thought goes through my mind of all
- the hassle and problems that I could cause for myself by this simple act.
- Why should I even think about it ?. Is it that well known tendancy toward
- self-distruction that many of us have ?, that force that will stop us
- from succeding even when we think we want to and believe we are trying to.
- I think this self-distructiveness spreads into relationships such that we
- will deliberately ruin all relationships, as if to prove ourselves correct
- in our belief that we are destined to be misrable and lonely.
- I don't know where it comes from. In my case probably from childhood, but
- there are likely other causes such as disasterous first relationships etc.
