  19. Perhaps so.  On the other hand a boycott would certainly galvanize the tourist
  20. industry--I suspect that they will not be willing to give up their livelihoods
  21. to support the bigoted and ill-considered attitudes of their neighbors.

  24. fit as being very compelling.
