  13. I need a program to plot a 3D surface.  What I want to produce is a
  14. mesh from data of the form (x, y, height).  I've seen this sort of
  15. data in many papers, so I am hoping that there is a public domain
  16. program available, but I'll settle for a commercial product.

  18. It must run on a Sparcstation platform.  C or C++ is the preferred
  19. language.  Output to the screen is needed, but an additional output to
  20. a PostScript file would be nice.
