  21.    Yes, you can find it by an anonymous FTP to either 'rahul.net' in the 
  22. '/pub/jonathan' direectory.  And I forget exactly where I put it, but the 
  23. directory names are fairly easy to follow.  Otherwise you should be able to 
  24. find it on either 'sunee.uwaterloo.ca' or 'wuarchive.wustl.edu'
