  14. FEES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  15. The following fees and charges apply when using the service.  A one-time 
  16. registration fee of $9.95 is charged with your initial connection.  
  17. Thereafter the only charges that apply are on-line connect time charges of 
  18. $5.99 per minute.  If you are out-side of the US and Canada you are subject
  19. to dial-up telephone charges.  
  20. Customers in the United States and Canada do not pay telephone connect 
  21. charges.
  22. Before you connect, type in the anticipated maximum number of minutes 
  23. you would like for your show. Note: there is a 5 minute minimum time 
  24. purchase requirement.  If you disconnect prior to your maximum <u>you will 
  25. be charged for only the minutes you have been receiving images.</u>  The 
  26. electronic image connection will terminate when your maximum time request 
  27. have been reached.  There are no service charges while you are waiting for
  28. your order to be processed.  If you are not happy with the service it is 
  29. your responsibility to hang up.

  32. The program that you have is a copyrighted product and will only work 
  33. with our service.  Any unauthorized distribution is unlawful and will be

  96. protected by applicable copyright or other law. This License

  102. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. Since the Software is provided free

  152. BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT

  154. APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT

  178. them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both

  180. parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be

  182. unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be

  184. reformed only to the extent necessary to make it

  186. enforceable.  This Agreement shall be governed by and
  187.  
  188. construed under California law as such law applies to

  190. agreements between California residents entered into and to

  192. be performed within California, except as governed by Federal

  194. law. The application the United Nations Convention of

  196. Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly
