  41. wraps to fit shapes. Full Bezier curve support, as well as polyline
  42. shape editing. Drawings can be created using  pre-defined shapes 
  43. from the handy Shape Palette, or you can easily draw your own.
  44. Convert text to Bezier curves. Use a TrueType font as a shape set. 
  45. Notes. Calligraphic and rotating pen effects. Create custom pens, 
  46. arrow heads, and arrow tails. Three gradient fill types.

  60. The install program provided with Top Draw works for 3.5" and 
  61. 5.25" high density media, 720K media, 360K media, CD-ROMs, and
  62. with BBS files unzipped in a hard drive directory.

  64. For the install program to work properly with low density media,
  65. files must be copied to the proper disks as described below.
  66.  
  67. Microsoft LZ compression is used for diskette distribution.
  68. PKZIP 2.04G high-compression is used for BBS distribution.
  69. Top Draw is normally provided on 3.5" HD media.

  93.    Two or three ZIP files are used for BBS distribution.
  94.    The preferred BBS name for the Top Draw v2.0 files is:

  96.     6 char:    TOPDRA.ZIP, TOPDRB.ZIP, ...

  98. CD-ROM: 
  99.    Top Draw can be installed normally, copied to a CD-ROM 
  100.    directory, and run directly from a CD-ROM. Make sure that
  101.    install.exe is copied to the CD-ROM. Use the BBS version
  102.    if the CD-ROM will be used mainly by SYSOPs.
  103.  
  104. Note:
  105. Do not distribute files downloaded from a BBS on floppy disk.
  106. The installation process will be inconvenient.  Request the
  107. Diskette Version (details below).

  110.                 TOP DRAW DISTRIBUTOR LICENSING
  111.                 ------------------------------

  113. ALL DISTRIBUTORS:
  114. Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
  115. as long as 1) none of the files are modified or deleted, 2) the
  116. program is described as "shareware". Under no circumstance shall
  117. Top Draw be described as "free", "freeware", or "public domain".
  118. Copying and distribution of the Registered Version of Top Draw
  119. is prohibited.

  121. FREE COPIES:
  122. Copies of Top Draw Shareware Version may be made and distributed
  123. freely as long as no fee of any kind is charged.  In this case, 
  124. no application is necessary.  
  125.  
  126. ASP VENDORS:
  127. If you agree with the terms of the Distributor License (below),
  128. no application is necessary prior to starting distribution.
  129.  
  130. NON-ASP VENDORS:
  131. Written approval from the author is required prior to starting 
  132. distribution. Please apply.

  134. NOTE: 
  135. If you received a disk from Top Software (or an authorized agent),
  136. and you agree with the terms of the Distributor License, you have
  137. permission to begin distribution immediately.  Please fill out
  138. and send in the Distributor License to indicate that you wish to
  139. continue to receive updates.

  141. BBSs and USER GROUPS:
  142. BBSs and User Groups may copy and distribute Top Draw. User 
  143. Groups may charge a nominal fee in order to cover library 
  144. cataloging and copying costs. Copying and distribution must be 
  145. terminated upon request by the author.

  147. ROYALTIES:
  148. Royalties are normally not required for distributing shareware 
  149. copies of Top Draw.  Royalties are required for: 
  150.  1) Premium pricing - unit price > US $20.
  151.  2) Including Top Draw with hardware or pre-loading on a hard drive.
  152.  3) Rack vendors who pay royalties for any other shareware programs. 
  153. Royalties are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  177.               TOP DRAW SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTOR LICENSE

  179. 1. Your library's catalog or listing will state that shareware is
  180.    not free, but is copyrighted software that is provided to allow
  181.    the user to evaluate it before buying.  If registration fees 
  182.    are listed, refer to the documentation accompanying the 
  183.    diskette for current rates and options.

  185. 2. This license may be terminated by the author at any time.
  186.    Diskette and BBS distribution: Offering and sale of Top Draw
  187.    will be stopped immediately at any time the author so requests.
  188.    CD-ROM distribution: No new masters will be created using Top
  189.    Draw after the license is terminated.

  191. 3. Copies of Top Draw distributed will be complete and unmodified.

  193. 4. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported for 
  194.    investigation and correction.

  196. 5. Information on the number of copies of Top Draw sold or
