  15. The registration price for the shareware MusicEase package is $49.00 (US), 
  16. plus applicable shipping/handling charges. The MusicEase Professional 
  17. package is $99.00 (US) plus applicable shipping/handling charges. 
  18.  
  19. Registered users will receive a usage license for MusicEase, as well as 
  20. full product support via mail, phone, CompuServe, and other electronic 
  21. services (see MUSICEZ.DOC for details).
  22.  
  23. The shareware version of MusicEase incorporates an "interactive" 
  24. registration process, which will allow you to select the proper 
  25. information, and then the program will print a completed registration form.
  26.  
  27. This registration process is accessed by pressing the [SPACE] bar at either 
  28. the beginning or ending screens of the shareware program.  It will allow 
  29. you to specify the disk size that you wish, and it will calculate the 
  30. proper shipping/handling charges for you, based on your location and payment 
  31. method.  It will then let you type in your name and shipping address. When 
  32. completed, it will print the completed form either to your printer, or to a 
  33. text file on your hard drive.

  35. You can move around the interactive registration utility by using the [Up] 
  36. and [Down] cursor keys to move from one field to another. Many of the 
  37. fields are "selection" type fields. To cycle through the various 
  38. selections for each field, you can press the [Left] or [Right] cursor keys 
  39. to display the various options. 
  40.  
  41. The first field is the program version field. Pressing the [Left] or 
  42. [Right] arrow will cycle between the Standard and Professional versions. 
  43. As each version is displayed, the prices are adjusted accordingly.

  45. The next selection field is the disk size that you desire. You can cycle 
  46. between 5-1/4" disks (360k) and 3-1/2" disks (720k). Following that, you 
  47. are asked if your copy will be installed in a hard disk drive (as opposed 
  48. to those who will use MusicEase on a floppy disk only computer system).

  50. Once you have selected the version and disk size that you wish to order, 
  51. you can select the method of payment desired. You should first cycle 
  52. through all of the options to determine which one you want to use. Again, 
  53. as you cycle through the options, the prices are automatically adjusted 
  54. accordingly.

  56. The next set of fields is for your mailing address. These are not 
  57. "selection" fields - you merely type in the information. There are 2 lines 
  58. available for the "address" portion; the 2nd line is optional, and may be 
  59. left blank if not needed.

  61. The final field is the "Print To" field. In this field, you can cycle 
  62. between "LPT1" or "INVOICE.TXT" by pressing the [Left] or [Right] cursor 
  63. keys. If you select LPT1 the registration form will be automatically sent 
  64. to your printer. If you select INVOICE.TXT, the registration form will be 
  65. written to a text file in the current subdirectory, which will be named 
  66. INVOICE.TXT. You can then print this file at a later time.

  68. Once the registration form is completed and printed, there are a few 
  69. additional "optional" questions at the bottom of the form. These are not 
  70. required, but we would appreciate your taking a few extra moments to answer 
  71. them for us.

  76. and pay via MasterCard or VISA, by calling 317-782-9903. Alternately,
