  35. *   Support for non-standard banking schemes (i.e. non GS, non Cache)
  36.     You could possibly put a function in a DLL that takes a midi output
  37.     handle and bank+patch number and then changes it after it's own head.
  38.     You could also possibly incorporate external patcheditors in this way.
  39.     A way to load patches from disk as SYSEX to various synth would be
  40.     rather fun to implement in the manner of above.
