  1. Commands: Vertical scroll

  4.         The plus (+) and minus (-) keys control forward and backward line
  5.         scroll in files containing multiple screens.  Use these keys to also
  6.         highlight the beginning or ending of text for copying to the CLIP.TXT
  7.         file.

  9.         The plus (+) and minus (-) keys are used because the Up/Dn arrow
  10.         keys <link22> are used for highlight selection (with automatic page
  11.         advance).

  18.         When called, the plus (+) or minus (-) keys control the movement of
  19.         a reverse video highlight line.  At the screen top and bottom limits
  20.         of the screen, these keys smoothly scroll the screen.

  22.         The status line <link41> shows the current number and
  23.         total number of screens.
