  4.         The major advantages of hypertext are commands to quickly <link36>
  5.         find desired knowledge in non-linear ways.  These commands for
  6.         browsing information should be intuitive, easily learned <link34>,
  7.         and responsive <link05>.  The four (4) most important commands are:

  9.         (1)  Down arrow  -- highlights next jump              <link22>
  10.         (2)  Up arrow    -- highlights previous jump
  11.         (3)  Right arrow -- executes hypertext jump           <link23>
  12.         (4)  Left arrow  -- returns from hypertext jump
