  1. If you are a Shareware Vendor, BBS Sysop or someone else who intends to 
  2. distribute STAR HAMMER, please read this file before doing so. Also, please 
  3. read the LICENSE.TXT file, as it contains important terms for the 
  4. distribution of STAR HAMMER.

  6. If you are a Shareware Vendor, you are permitted to add STAR HAMMER to
  7. your catalogue, if
  8. - you explain through your literature that the price the user is paying
  9.    is only to cover YOUR costs, such as duplicatation of disks, labels, etc.
  10.    and that they do not own the program until they register. 
  11. - you do not refer to Shareware as being 'free' software.
  12. - you do not charge an excessive price for the Shareware version of STAR 
  13.    HAMMER ( See LICENCE.TXT for unit currency amounts )

  15. Due to the size of STAR HAMMER, I suggest that it only be distributed on
  16. 3.5" disks.

  18. CD-ROM and Disk Rack vendors, please contact SLS or an authorized agent
  19. to get permission to distribute STAR HAMMER.
