  9.                License Agreement
  10.                to ALL Shareware Vendors
  11.  
  12.  1. STAR HAMMER should only be distributed under the  following license 
  13.     agreements. If you as an end-user notice that one or more terms 
  14.     are not being met, please inform us. This is the only way that
  15.     shareware would work *for you* in the future.
  16.  
  17.  2. This license agreement is obligatory for anyone who is copying
  18.     and/or distributing STAR HAMMER for any kind of fee. Other agreements
  19.     must be verified with a written contract from SLS.
  20.  
  21.  3. All vendors or dealers are allowed to copy this program, if the 
  22.     following terms are all met:

  24.  4. You charge not more than  AUD$8, US$8, #5, or DM8.-- 
  25.     It is regardless of whether you revalue the product in any other 
  26.     way. The price for the end-user must not be more than these amounts
  27.  
  28.  5. You must tell the user that this payment is only for your copying costs, 
  29.     and they must pay the registration fee if they continue to use 
  30.     the program. 
  31.     
  32.  6. No files are allowed to be deleted, added or changed 
  33.  
  34.  7. If you receive a self-extracting archive, you are not allowed to change 
  35.     the intro screen in any way.
  36.  
  37.  8. STAR HAMMER must be the only program on the media. Bundling in any form 
  38.     is FORBIDDEN, especially CDs or HD bundlings, or any other medium 
  39.     where it's possible to keep more than one file. If you're interested 
  40.     in such bundling, please conctact SLS, or one of our publishers, and 
  41.     we will try to help you.

  43.  9. BBS installers are allowed to distribute STAR HAMMER, and are
  44.     allowed to charge fees for their BBS, as long as no special fee is
  45.     charged for STAR HAMMER.
  46.  
  47. 10. This license agreement  must be part of any version of this program,
  48.     regardless of whether it is the German or English version.
  49.  
  50. 11. Anyone selling STAR HAMMER in a retail setting (stores, flea markets,
  51.     trade shows) must first obtain permision from Silver Lightning Software,
  52.     or one of our publishers, before distribution will be allowed. This does 
  53.     not include mail order sales.
  54.  
  55. 12. Anyone using or displaying STAR HAMMER in a retail setting, unless 
  56.     strictly for the purpose of selling the shareware or registered versions 
  57.     of STAR HAMMER, must purchase the retail verison before using it. This 
  58.     includes sales of computer hardware.
  59.  
  60. 13. SLS is allowed to revoke or change this license agreement at any time.
