  6. from Canada.  The separatists finally succeeded in 2000, but the
  7. Canadians are not willing to give up quietly.  They have declared war
  8. against the new Republic of Quebec, and have vowed not to stop until
  9. Canada is unified once again.  The United States has stayed neutral
  10. so far.  Can Quebec hold out for 5 years against Canada?  And what
  11. side will the U.S. take, if any?
