  2.        This README file explains how to Install QUINTA for Windows.

  6. If you have received the program on a diskette:
  7. ===============================================

  9. 1. Start up Windows.
  10.  
  11. 2. Place the diskette in Drive A: or B:.
  12.  
  13. 3. From Program Manager select FILE then RUN and enter
  14.    A:SETUP. Then press ENTER.  (Replace A: with B:
  15.    if that is the drive you are using.)
  16.  
  17. 4. Follow the instructions.
  18.  
  19. 5. Setup will create a Windows group and icon for QUINTA.
  20.

  22. If you downloaded KWINTA.ZIP
  23. ================================

  25. 1. Copy KWINTA.ZIP to a temporary subdirectory.
  26.  
  27. 2. Using PKUNZIP, unzip the file by typing PKUNZIP KWINTA
  28.  
  29. 3. You will now have all the files necessary for installation.
  30.    From the temporary directory type SETUP and follow the 
  31.    instructions.

  33. 4. Follow the instructions.
  34.  
  35. 5. Setup will create a Windows group and icon for QUINTA.

  39. In the interest of shortening download time from
  40. some bulletin boards the file VBRUN300.DLL may not be
  41. included in your group of files.  It is required
  42. and can be downloaded from the Microsoft Basic Forum on
  43. Compuserve.

  46. This program is distributed as Shareware. It is not free software.
  47. You may try it out and distribute it free of charge.
