  1.                Welcome to NETCOM NetCruiser 1.50!

  3. NetCruiser 1.50 has several major enhancements over previous versions:
  4.  
  5.     A new Internet Relay Chat (IRC) module;
  6.  
  7.     Word wrap in the Mail and News editors;
  8.  
  9.     Forms and authentication support for World Wide Web;
  10.  
  11.     A Session Summary window which displays how long you've been
  12.     on-line for the current session and the current month;
  13.  
  14.     A special 800 number dial-in for those not near a NETCOM local
  15.     dial-in location. (An extra $4.90/hour charge is charged to your
  16.     NetCruiser account for connections made through the 800 number.)

  19. To read more about these and other enhancements, open the NetCruiser
  20. Help window by double-clicking its icon in Program Manager, or if
  21. you're running NetCruiser, by selecting "Contents" from the Help menu,
  22. or by pressing F1.  Then click on the "What's New in This Version" line
  23. on the Contents page.
