  3. The ALIAS table is a new user-maintainable feature that allows an Envoy 100
  4. user to specify an ALIAS or nickname for a valid Envoy 100 entity.

  6. Users with the SET capability can enter ALIAS at the Field: prompt to add
  7. or delete ALIASes. Envoy 100 will first prompt for the ALIAS and then the
  8. Envoy 100 entity.

  10. If the user with an ALIAS table enters the ALIAS into the TO, CC or BCC
  11. fields Envoy 100 will substitute the Envoy 100 name in the ALIAS table at
  12. the time of posting. The ALIAS name will not appear in the posted message.

  14. Note that the ALIAS table are maintained by the user. However the user's
  15. administrator will be able to view the contents of the ALIAS table.
