  3. TRANSFER is the editing command that removes text from its current location
  4. and places it at a new location withing your message.
  5.  
  6. The TRANSFER command is followed by the line number(s) you wish to move;
  7. you must also specify a starting line number for the new position.
  8.  
  9. You may optionally request an increment for the new position line numbers.
  10.  
  11. TRANSFER [LINE NO.'S] to [START NO.] by [INCREMENT]
  12.  
  13. When you are in the process of composing a message  you can use .TRANSFER
  14. to edit the text before the massage is complete.
