  28.     Only those who provide Mega Edit (TM) for a fee or other valuable
  29.     considerations need sign and return this agreement.

  38.          TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF Mega Edit (TM):

  40.         1. Your library's catalog or listing must indicate that this
  41.            program is shareware.  It is not free, but it is provided
  42.            to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
  43.  
  44.         2. The offering and sale of Mega Edit (TM) will be stopped at 
  45.            any time the Computer Witchcraft, Inc., so requests.
  46.  
  47.         3. Copies must be made from the copy of Mega Edit (TM) sent to 
  48.            you with this agreement. Your copies for distribution must 
  49.            include the ENTIRE Computer Witchcraft, Inc., distribution.  
  50.            No files may be altered or removed.  This is required.

  52.         4. Problems or complaints about the program will be reported to
  53.            Computer Witchcraft Inc., for investigation.

  55.          In return for a license to charge a fee for the distribution of
