  21. We at Computer Witchcraft believe that Mega Edit (TM) is a product
  22. meeting the highest standards of excellence in design and software
  23. craftsmanship.  We hope that you agree! 
  24.  
  25. As an additional benefit to the consumer, Mega Edit (TM) has been
  26. released as shareware, so that you can try out the software on your
  27. system to see if it meets your needs "before you buy."  If you make
  28. the determination that you would like Mega Edit (TM) to become a
  29. part of your shareware library, you should take responsibility to
  30. pay for the product by registering it.

  44. When you register Mega Edit you will receive a diskette containing
  45. the latest version of the product. We are continually improving Mega
  46. Edit (TM) and releasing new versions so it is quite likely that your
  47. registered version will be a more recent version than the one you
  48. picked up via shareware channels.

  50. You will receive a copy of the Mega Edit (TM) manual in Microsoft 
  51. Write format.  Your name and/or company name will appear on the 
  52. About screen, but your copy of Mega Edit (TM) will otherwise be free 
  53. from start-up screens or registration screens of any kind.

  55. Registered users are eligible for Technical Support via CompuServe,
  56. Internet mail, fax, or by telephone.   
  57.  
  58. We will put you on our company's mailing list, so that you
  59. will receive materials describing the availability of upgraded
  60. editions of the software and other new products from Computer
  61. Witchcraft that may be of interest to you.
  62.  
  63. Upgrade protection!  When you register Mega Edit (TM) you will 
  64. receive the most recent version of Mega Edit (TM), but we are always
  65. improving the product.  At some point in the future you may find
  66. a newer (later) version of Mega Edit (TM) out as shareware.  Not to
  67. worry!  Registered users can just install the newer shareware 
  68. version with the registration file from the older version and 
  69. consider your new version registered!  The new software will display
  70. your name and company information on the About screen and will
  71. eliminate any registration screens.  This feature will work for 
  72. all new shareware versions at least up until the next major release.

  74. We strive for Total Customer Satisfaction and will happily refund
  75. your money, including shipping and handling charges, if for any
  76. reason you are unsatisfied with our product - you do not have to 
  77. return the product.

  81. As of this date, March 21, 1994 the SINGLE USER Registration Fee for 
  82. Mega Edit (TM) is *$35.50* in U.S. Dollars, PLUS a shipping and handling 
  83. fee, (see table below).

  85. If you are registering Mega Edit (TM) on behalf or a corporation or organization (site) where 
  86. more than one person will be using Mega Edit, the registration fee can be calculated from 
  87. the number of users at your site according to this table:

  90.         10 to 19 Users                 $284.00
  91.         20 to 49 Users                 $532.00
  92.         50 to 99 Users                 $710.00

  109. information that is on the registration form (REG_FORM.TXT).  If 
  110. registering by VOICE mail, please speak clearly and repeat all of the 
  111. important information - your name, address, credit card information, 
  112. and media on which to send you your copy of Mega Edit (TM).

  114. You may of course register by REGULAR MAIL and use either Check, Money
  115. Order, or Credit Card to pay.  Please make all Checks or Money orders
  116. payable to COMPUTER WITCHCRAFT, INC. in U.S. dollar denominated drafts
  117. drawn on a U.S. bank.  The cost to us for non-U.S. checks is prohibitive.
