  8. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  11. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either 
  12. an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author of this Software for the 
  13. software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include 
  14. associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation 
  15. ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the 
  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do 
  17. not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  28. use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  31. of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be a true and 
  32. complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be 
  33. accompanied by a copy of this EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be 
  34. distributed as a standalone product or included with your own product.

  36. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  38. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not 
  39. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and 
  40. only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law 
  41. notwithstanding this limitation.

  43. Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single 
  44. product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 
  45. Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, 
  46. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. 
  47. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may 
  48. terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. 
  49. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of 
  50. its component parts. 
  51. Distribution. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product 
  52. or package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of the SOFTWARE 
  53. PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any free or non-profit 
  54. packages or products.

  56. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  57. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not 
  58. limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and 
  59. "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed 
  60. materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of 
  61. this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
  62. international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  63. like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the SOFTWARE 
  64. PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or 
  65. archival purposes.

  70. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE 
  71. PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided 
  72. "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without 
  73. limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or 
  74. noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE 
  75. PRODUCT remains with you.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT supplied as "try before you buy" 
  76. software, i.e. if it not works correcty on your computer hardware, you must detect 
  77. this trouble BEFORE YOU ORDER the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. After you have registered
  78. your copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT if want to refund your payment due any reasons 
  79. then Author of this Software reserves the right to decline refund.

  81. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. 
  82. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  83. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business 
  84. interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of 
  85. the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software has been 
  86. advised of the possibility of such damages.

  92. days after installation, after  that trial period you will get  message box which will 
  93. remind you about registration. If your like this program, if You Want to support 
  94. author's future developments and want to receive newsletters about new author's screen 
  95. savers and other products, at last If you want to remove that reminder-dialog - Please 
  96. register!

  99. making any changes in program code, copyright and registration information and
