  3. Under the terms of this license you may:

  5. 1.1. Use the Software on any number of computers at any one time; and

  7. 1.2. Copy and distribute verbatim copies of EasyASP as you receive it, in any medium, 
  8. provided that you do not modify it any fashion, keep intact all the notices that 
  9. refer to this License and to the absense of any warranty, and do not pass on any 
  10. User Registration details which you have received. If you distribute copies of 
  11. this software, you shall not charge anything except the cost of the media and a 
  12. fair estimate of the costs of computer time or network time directly attributable 
  13. to the copying.

  18.     agreement;

  20. 2.2. Reverse-engineer, dissemble, or decompile the Software;

  24. 2.4. Transfer the Software to any other party except as provided for in section 
  25.     1.2; or

  27. 2.5. Transfer Registration details to any other party without the express permission 
  28.     of Eric Banker in writing.

  30. Copyright.

  32. The Software is owned by Eric Banker and is protected by United States Copyright laws 
  33. and international treaty provisions. You shall treat the Software like any 
  34. copyrighted material.

  36. Limited Warranty.

  38. Except as expressly stated herein, the Software is provided "AS IS." You shall be 
  39. entirely responsible for the selection of the Software and for the installation 
  40. of, use of, and results obtained from, the Software.

  42. All other warranties or conditions, either express or implied, including but not 
  43. limited to implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose, 
  44. with respect to the Software and written materials accompanying the Software, are 
  45. excluded from the license.

  47. No liability for Consequential Damages.

  49. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eric Banker 
  50. be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for 
  51. loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other 
  52. pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, even 
  53. if Eric Banker has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  57. You shall not export or re-export this Software, or any portion thereof. This 
  58. license and your right to use the Software shall terminate automatically if you 
  59. violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, you shall 
  60. immediately destroy all copies of the Software or return them at your expense
  61. to Eric Banker.
