  17. This program "ExpenseReport DA" is a Desk Accessory (DA) program, that
  18. shows total amounts in the built-in Expense Application on the Palm III.
  19. To use this, you must have the launcher program that can launch a DA
  20. program, likes "DA Launcher", is required. Please refer to Yamada-san's
  21. web (http://www.tt.rim.or.jp/~tatsushi/) to know about "DA Launcher" and
  22. also refer to Yamakado-san's web (http://member.nifty.ne.jp/yamakado/da/)
  23. to know about the DA itself.

  29. Please do the following:
  30. To install ExpenseReport DA:
  31.  
  32. 1. Copy the file ExpReport.prc to your desktop computer. 
  33.    IMPORTANT: You must remove any previous version of ExpenseReport DA
  34.         that is lower than v1.3. Also, you must remove any previous
  35.         version of ExpenseReportDA before you can install ExpenseReport DA.
  36.  
  37. 2. Install the software by using Palm's Install Tool program.
  38.  
  39. 3. From your Palm computer, run HotSync(r). ExpenseReportDA will transfer
  40.    from your desktop computer to your Palm computer.

  43. USAGE TIPS

  46. *  To open the ExpenseReport DA:
  47.    Launch ExpenseReport DA by the launcher program.
  48.  
  49. *  To change an advance payment:
  50.    Tap the Balance box to open the Edit Advances Dialog.
  51.    You cat enter an advance payment.
  52.  
  53. *  To specify an date for expense report:
  54.    1. Select the Date check box to activate the date.
  55.    2. Tap the Date box to open the Date Dialog.
  56.  
  57. *  To quit this program:
  58.    Tap Done button, tap the outside of the ExpenseReportDA window,
  59.    or launch the other application. 
  60.  
  61. *  Initial Category:
  62.    The initial category is the Expense application last category
  63.    you selected.

  69. - Supported currency is dollar and Yen. Other currencies does not supported.
  70. - Maximum advances is six.
  71. - There are no warrantee nor guarantee for this program. You can use
