  11. Many have asked about some advanced features to be added to Diddle.
  12. There will be a re-write later this year (DiddlePlus), assuming that
  13. I still have the time and interest.  As with Diddle, DiddlePlus will
  14. be free to use and available under the GPL.

  16. DiddlePlus will have the following features in addition to Diddle:

  18. * Scrollable sketches (up to 2048 pixels high)
  19. * 8-level greyscale
  20. * Compression of sketches to reduce memory usage (simple rle)
  21. * Symbol pallette to add common symbols (think Visio, but without resizing)
  22. * Copy and paste for selectable areas
  23. * Allow a magnify window to individually select pixels
