EspMeter is a simple application to test your Extra Sensorial Perceptions. In order to measure your Esp level, simply draw a card and try to guess it by tapping on one of the five figures at the bottom of the screen.
EspMeter calculates your score by performing some statistical processing on your guesses.
2. Registration Information

EspMeter is shareware and costs 5$ to register.

**IMPORTANT**
During registration process, you must provide us with your HotSync user name. The serial number is **strongly** based upon the name you provide: be sure to send the **exact** name (including spaces before of after the name, special characters, capital letters and so on). After registration, be sure to:
- write down a backup copy of your pair user name/serial number for future uses
- don't change your user name, or you will have to re-register (and pay again) to continue to use Esp Meter
In no case more than 01 (one) serial number will be released for each payment, that is for each user name provided.
3. Legal Stuff and Distribution

Esp Meter is shareware. You are responsable for what you do with Esp Meter and for the consequences of anything that happens as a result of your use, be it damage, loss of data on any computer system or anything.
Esp Meter is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties are disclaimed. In no event shall any individual or any other party be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any wayout of the use of Esp Meter even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly are the following: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Esp Meter.
Esp Meter is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one PalmPilot(tm) connected organizer.
You may not rent or lease Esp Meter and you may not sell the evaluation version nor the registered version Esp Meter.
Without prejudice to any other rights, Storm Com. & Tecn. may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this. In such event, you must destroy all copies of Esp Meter and all of its component parts.
Registration gives you the right to use the program exclusively on PalmPilot(tm) connected organizer identified during registration process. All ownership and Copyright of Esp Meter belongs to Storm Com. & Tecn.
Each registered version is licensed to use in only one machine.You may distribute unregistered copies of Esp Meter via Internet and other media, but not for profit (without prior permission).
The full and registered version of Esp Meter or the registration serial number, given at the time of purchase, may not be sold or given to others. The licence to use Esp Meter is not transferable.
No money may be charged for the program or for any accompanying files, other than the usual downloading time fees charged by commercial BBS's and online services.
Storm Com. & Tecn. would strongly appreciate a notify if Esp Meter will be included in printed matter, floppy, or CD-ROM.
