This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Softech Developments and Sahalie Software, L.L.C.. By exercising the rights granted to you in this Agreement, you agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement, select the No button and Sentry '98 will not be installed.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This Software License Agreement grants you the right to use one copy of the Evaluation Version of Sentry '98 ("the Software") on one computer within your possession and control for 30 days. For purposes of this section, "use" means loading the Software into RAM, as well as installation on a hard disk or other storage device.
2. COPYRIGHT. The Software (including any images and text incorporated into the Software) is owned by Sahalie Software, L.L.C., is licensed to Softech Developments Ltd. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make backup copies of the Software for archival purposes. You may copy the written materials accompanying the Software for use by you or others in your organization.
3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES. THIS EVALUATION VERSION OF SENTRY '98 IS OFFERED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Softech Developments and Sahalie Software, L.L.C. disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and accompanying written materials.
4. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall Softech Developments Ltd. or Sahalie Software L.L.C. or their suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use Software. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
