  1. This is WinBiff 4.0 (32-bit), a Windows email notification and
  2. filtering utility for Pegasus Mail, Eudora for Windows, Microsoft Mail,
  3. Windows Messaging, cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, FirstMail,
  4. Novell MHS, PC-NFS, UUPC/extended, Waffle, or FSUUCP.  WinBiff also
  5. works as a POP3 and IMAP4 client using WinSock.  WinBiff can display
  6. MIME-encoded headers for Internet mail.

  8. WinBiff is also available in a 16-bit version for Windows 3.1.

  10. To install WinBiff, run SETUP.EXE.

  13. the WinBiff kill utility, KILLWB32.EXE.
