LICENSE
Software Builders International grants you one license to use NetZIP ("Software"), in binary executable form, for the purpose of evaluation and trial use only. THE EVALUATION LICENSE IS GOOD FOR 7 DAYS, from the day the product is first used. After evaluation, you must either purchase a full license for the software, or cease using the software. Full software licenses can be purchased from our web site at http://www.netzip.com, or by phone at 1-800-432-0025 or 770-541-2729.
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software shall remain in Software Builders International. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States including, but not limited to, export control laws. You may not rent, lease, or sub-license the software. You may not sell, license, or distribute for a profit the accompanying DLLs. You acknowledge that the software in source code remains a confidential trade secret of Software Builders International. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Software Builders International makes no representation about the suitability of this software for any purpose. This software is provided 'AS-IS' without expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Software Builders International shall not be liable under any theory or any damages suffered by you or any user of the software.
Software Builders International shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any sort, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise even if Software Builders International has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Software Builders International shall not be liable for any claim by any other party. The limitation of exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages are not allowed in some states, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
GENERAL
This software is a proprietary product of Software Builders International, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material. If any provision of this agreement should be unlawful, void, or for any reason enforceable, then that provision shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The courts of Georgia are agreed to be the exclusive forum and jurisdiction for any resolution of any disputes concerning this agreement.
