  43. This version is primarily intended for users of Microsoft(R) Windows(R)
  44. 3.1/3.11 and Windows for Workgroups 3.1/3.11 but work well in windows 
  45. 95 environment.

  47. Note that this version is a 16-bit program and therefore you do not 
  48. need to have Win32s(R) installed on your computer.
  49.  
  50. If you are using Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows NT(R), you will be 
  51. able to download a 32 bit version designed and optimized for these 
  52. platforms soon:

  54. This product enables you to store your names, address, phone numbers, 
  55. memo and anniversary and have these records at your finger tip with a 
  56. great 15 search option. With address manager you will be able to store 
  57. an anniversary date, which will start reminding you three days prior 
  58. to that event, you will also be able to search for anniversary dates 
  59. by month or day. You will be able to mark your records for printing or 
  60. deleting. Print your records with or without return address to any 
  61. size envelope or popular Avery label size and also have the ability to 
  62. print detail customize address (printer limitation) using any laser 
  63. printer, store memo on each record, automatic detect modem and dial any
  64. phone number in your record. 8 button for storing names for speed 
  65. dialling, or you can manually dial your number. Store over 250 cities, 
  66. over 300 state/Province and countries all at your finger tip while 
  67. adding or editing your record. You may also import, export to and from 
  68. most of the popular database or ASCII delimiter files. I have tried to 
  69. make Address Manager as user friendly as possible, for instance all 
  70. first letter in ever field goes to upper case, if company field is 
  71. blank then it skips title, same goes for address1 field, if that field 
  72. is blank the cursor goes to the  phone number field. You will also find
  73. the keypad is an easy and fast way to your records, simply by pressing 
  74. a letter on the keypad will move to the first record starting with that
  75. letter and ever press after will move to the next record  starting with
  76. that letter until no match is found.  You can also move to next, 
  77. previous, first or last record by the press of a button, record 
  78. numbering keep track of record position and total record in database.

  133. Because of all the changes I have made to the program it is no longer 
  134. compatible with any previous version of Address manager, I have change 
  135. the database table of this version to accommodate area code and phone 
  136. numbers separately, phone numbers that were enter in the ten digit 
  137. format (10) will not fit in the table provided for only seven digits 
  138. numbers now. Because of the many  suggestion I have receive from you 
  139. the potential user, I have made some major changes to the program so as 
  140. to give it the look and feel of the soon to be release 32 bit version 
  141. (ADRMNG32.ZIP). (Bata testing). I thank you all.

  143. All open program and task bar (e.g. MSOffice) should be close before 
  144. doing the installation

  152. program allow you to organize your address and phone numbers and print 
  153. envelope and labels better than you have before and I hope you
