  9. VIDVUE is a graphics file viewer and general image utility, AVI video
  10. player and frame grabber.  Distributed as 100% Functional Shareware.

  12. It's outstanding features include ease of use (designed to provide easy
  13. access to all controls with minimal keyboard input, mouse movements and
  14. learning), full scaleability and viewing controls for entire image, full
  15. GIF 89a support with Comment viewing, scalability of AVI video playback,
  16. and superior image printing functions.  It also converts file formats,
  17. sharpens, smoothens, adjusts contrast & brightness, resizes, flips/rotates,
  18. dithers, reduces colors, and converts to gray, among other features.

  20. File formats supported include AVI (Video for Windows), GIF (87a & 89a),
  21. PCX (ZSoft), TIF (TIFF), JPG/JIF (JPEG/JFIF), TGA (TARGA), BMP, DIB,
  22. EPS (Encapsulated Postscript), WPG (WordPerfect), DCX (Intel),
  23. and PCT (Mac PICT).

  29. Installed Video for Windows runtime drivers are required for AVI
  30. playback and frame grabbing (optional).

  36. VIDVUE10.ZIP is distributed WITHOUT the required VBRUN200.DLL file; it
  37. would be redundant to include it since it is widely available and can
  38. be downloaded (free) from virtually any BBS or copied from any
  39. Shareware Distributor.  Search for VBRUN2.ZIP or VBRUN200.ZIP.

  41. Please ensure that VBRUN200.DLL is in your Windows directory or
  42. Windows System sub-directory before running SETUP.EXE from Windows.

  44. To install, select "Run" from the Program Manager menu bar then enter
  45. the pathname and "SETUP".  For example, if you extracted the files
  46. into "e:\test" then type "e:\test\setup".
