  7. This agreement is between Softdisk Publishing ("Softdisk"), a Louisiana corporation, and "Submitter" for the purpose of distribution rights to the file(s) listed below ("File") as follows:

"Submitter" hereby grants and assigns to Softdisk the right to distribute the File to Softdisk subscribers (including Megabytes Mania online).  This includes any subsequent back issue sales.  Except for the publication rights granted herein, all intellectual property rights to the File remain with "Submitter."

  26. "Submitter" has used his/her best efforts to assure that the File does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party and that he/she has sufficient rights to File to grant to Softdisk for distribution.
