Every human voice is different. The resonating cavities of the mouth, nose, and throat, and the dimensions of the vocal folds, are as unique to each individual as his or her external features.
A sophisticated voice-graph, like that produced by the oscilloscope, can act as a voice-print to identify any individual singer by the partials he or she produces.
