- BmpView version 1.0 for Windows 95
-
- BmpView allows you to go through your drives/directories
- and look at preview sized images of Bitmap's. Once you've
- found the Image you want, you can automatically have it
- loaded into a paint program of your choice which can edit Bitmap's.
-
- Features:
- - Supports Bitmaps that contain up to 256 colours.
- - Fast, very fast. Even large Bitmaps will be displayed
- with very little pause.
- - You can specify a Bitmap editor, such as MS Paintbrush.
- Once you've found the bitmap you were looking for with just
- one click of the mouse, you're inside your favorite paint
- program. (Select the File menu, and then Preferences to
- setup your options)
-
- Bug notes:
-
- (1) The drive/directory selection listbox does not allow you to
- select another drive once you have selected one. I have tried
- everything to fix this, but it seems there may be something
- wrong with MS's DlgDirList MFC call. I put in a "REFRESH"
- button which will refresh the drive/directory list box with
- just the drive names available on your system.

-
- Send me your suggestions/problems, etc...Remember, I wrote
- this for Windows 95, maybe it works under NT. You should
- have at least the April 95 (M8) Beta release of Windows 95.
-
-
- See ya, and thanks for taking the time out to have a look
- through this little program.
