  10.   This program is a simplified version of WreadFiles51, a vocal text file
  11. reader (unreleased).  The large, built-in, USA translation enhancement
  12. library (about 250 K-bytes) has been removed.  The huge !USA.accent with
  13. translator 43 will restore most of the functionality of the removed code.
  14. This program is intended for primary use as a general file or book-length
  15. ASCII ETEXT reader.  It is not intended to be a 'SAY' program.

  17.   This program parses text into sentences for more natural reading.  This
  18. version of the basic WreadFiles program  engine (cf. WreadFiles47) adds:

  20. (a.)  A decade graduated File Position Indicator that may be used to select
  21. the reading point in the text with a shift-mouse click, and
  22.  
  23. (b.)  Icon tooltype support for selection of the default Translator42 or
  24. Translator43 accent for the program as well as the selection of specific
  25. accents for given files.

  27.   The Translator.library and Narrator.device are required.  The 2.04
  28. versions are recommended. Translator43 is recommended.  1 Meg or more ram
  29. is recommended.  A 68020 or better processor is recommended for the
  30. !USA.accent.  See SWread_020.lha or SWread_040.lha for fast processor
  31. versions.
