  82. Or, if you are in Windows(tm), launch Notepad, open the file Order.frm in
  83. the \CINEMANX directory.  From the File menu, select Page Setup to set all
  84. margins minimally:  0 for Left, Right, Top, Bottom margins.  Delete the
  85. default header and footer items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu,
  86. select Print to print out the order form.  (If you wish to fill in the form
  87. with your order information before printing, it would be best to open
  88. Order.frm in a word processor, such as Write, because Notepad does not have
  89. an overwrite mode in Windows(tm) 3.x.)

  92. product name/version number, and your payment.  We would appreciate knowing
  93. where you obtained your copy of this program; we utilize this information
  94. on your source for future marketing purposes and to assist in keeping that
