 ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

 Pieces of Music Games Version 1.0 for Windows multimedia systems,
 486/better, VGA/better. This software package consists of 3
 different educational games. Though each game is different, all 3
 are designed to work together to help the player learn the names of
 music symbols. See the documentation introduction for the best way
 to use this software. An extra bonus of this set of games is that
 they are fun and challenging to play even after the player has
 learned the names of all the music symbols.

 If this program is received as shareware then only the Music Bingo
 game will be activated. You can receive the registration CODE WORD
 that will activate the Music Matching and the Music Missing games
 by registering. See below for several quick and easy options. The
 registration CODE WORD also eliminates the notice that pops up
 upon running the program and the information screens that pop
 up upon closing the program. You need only enter the CODE WORD
 once.

 1. Once you register this program you will receive a CODE WORD
 that will activate 2 other fun and exciting educational games.
 Music Matching, Music Bingo, and Music Missing are all games
 worth $15.00 by themselves. But you get 3 games for the price of
 one. This is quite a deal!

 2. Entering the CODE WORD will also eliminate the Registration
 Notice and Lock that pops up at the beginning of the program and
 these information screens that pop up at the end of the program.

 3. You also receive registered user discounts and announcements
 of new products.

 4. Most important, you receive permission to use Pieces of Music
 Games indefinitely. Using any shareware product past the
 registration period without registering is a violation of copyright
 and is illegal.


 NONPROFIT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION DISCOUNT:

 This discount is for public schools, churches, libraries, YMCA type
 programs, home schools, etc. To get the special $5.00 off
 discount there are 3 conditions that must be met. First, this
 software package must be ordered by mail using the order form
 given below. Second, an E-mail address must be provided that can
 handle binary files where the software can be sent. Third, include
 a brief note stating why you believe that this order qualifies
 for the nonprofit educational organization discount.

 None of the online registration options can handle this discount.
 If we have to mail the order on disks, the cost at $10 is
 prohibitive. Therefore, the only way we can provide this discount
 is by mail order from you, and delivery from us by E-mail.

 ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED  OR IMPLIED,
 INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
 OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER G&R CYBERMEDIA GROUP NOR
 STEPHEN D. GROLL NOR ROBERT E. ROWELL NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN
 INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL
 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING
 OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
 G&R CYBERMEDIA GROUP OR STEPHEN D. GROLL, OR ROBERT E. ROWELL HAS BEEN

 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California
 and shall inure to the benefit of G&R Cybermedia Group, Stephen D. Groll,
 Robert E. Rowell and any successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.
 Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other
 arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a
 STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Riverside
 County, California. The parties hereby consent to in personam
 jurisdiction of said courts.


 SUPPORT POLICY:

 Paying the registration fee entitles user to support from the author.
 If you have questions or problems you may contact us using one of the
 means listed above.


 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

 Stephen D. Groll & Robert E. Rowell grant the user license to
 use Pieces of Music Games for a period not to exceed 30 days
 without registering for evaluation purposes. At the end of
 the 30 evaluation period the software will be registered paying
 the registration fee or it will be removed from the users
 hard drive.

 Once the Pieces of Music Games is registered, the user may use
 and keep the software on one computer hard drive at a time for
 an unlimited period.For each computer where Pieces of Music Games
 is installed, a $15.00 registration fee must be paid. That is
 unless a special on-site license has been granted.

 Copies may be made for backup purposes only. Users may not use,
 copy (except for backup purposes), rent, lease, sell, modify,
 decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
 the licensed program except as provided in this agreement. Any
 such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
 termination of this license. All rights not expressly granted
 here are reserved to Stephen D. Groll.
