  11. This folder contains a HyperStudio stack, a QuickTime movie that is used 
  12. in the stack and this "Read-me" file. To see the stack, first try just 
  13. double-clicking on the stack icon. It should search out the HyperStudio PLAYER 
  14. elsewhere on this CD-ROM.

  16. If  you have copied this folder to your hard drive, you will need your own 
  17. HyperStudio program OR a copy of the HyperStudio PLAYER to see the stack.

  19. The clay figures were made by Manoli (age 9 at the time) and animated using 
  20. the animation tools in HyperStudio 3.1 for Macs (we transferred the files 
  21. into HyperStudio for Windows). 
  22.  
  23. We used a Connectix QuickCam camera to take a picture of the figure and saved it 
  24. as Pic.01 and then created a series of pictures to assemble into an animation. 
  25. There are three pictures in the movement... repeated over the length of the path. 
  26. HyperStudio makes this all possible! This type of clay animation is explained in 
  27. detail in my Aunt Goodiebags' book about HyperStudio animations that will be released 
  28. summer 1998.
