  8. PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT
  9. =========================

  11. This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between 
  12. you and Realore Studios ("Realore"). By installing this Software, by loading 
  13. or running the Software, by placing or copying the Software onto your hard 
  14. drive, or by distributing the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms 
  15. of this Agreement. These are the only terms by which Realore permits copying 
  16. or use.

  18. REALORE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR BEELINE

  20. General terms:

  22. 1. THE SOFTWARE.

  24.     The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program Beeline  
  25. , which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.
  26.  
  27. 2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
  28.  
  29.     Realore grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with the 
  30. terms of this Agreement. You may load the software into RAM as well as install 
  31. it on a hard disk or other storage device. You may not modify, translate, 
  32. disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based 
  33. upon the Software. You agree that you will not utilize the Software in 
  34. violation of any international copyright law.

  36. 2.1. SHAREWARE VERSION LICENSE.

  38.     You may distribute copies of the shareware version of the Software freely 
  39. to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered 
  40. files and proprietary notices. You have the ability to register the shareware 
  41. version at any time by purchasing the full version from Realore.

  43. 2.2. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE.
  44.  
  45.     When you purchase the Software, you will receive the full registered 
  46. version. You agree not to distribute the registered version to others and to 
  47. use it only for your own personal use. You acknowledge that distribution of 
  48. the registered version to others, whether intentional or unintentional, could 
  49. damage Realore and Stonewing Games both financially and professionally. 
  50. Any unauthorized distribution of your registered version will result in 
  51. immediate and automatic termination of your license.

  53. 3. COPYRIGHT.

  55.     The Software is owned by developer - Stonewing Games and publisher - Realore 
  56. Studios and is protected by international copyright laws and treaties. You must treat the Software like any other 
  57. copyrighted material, except that you may make copies of the shareware 
  58. version of the Software to give to other persons under the terms of this 
  59. Agreement. You may not distribute copies of the registered version to others. 
  60. Except as expressly licensed by Realore in writing, Realore reserves the 
  61. exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest to distribute 
  62. the Software, and to use Trademarks in connection with them. "Trademarks" 
  63. refers to the name of the Software, the name Realore Studios, and the Realore 
  64. Studios logo, which are trademarks of Realore Studios.

  66. 4. NO WARRANTY.

  68.     THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, 
  69. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE 
  70. ON. NEITHER REALORE NOR STONE WING GAMES WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT, 
  71. CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT, 
  72. INCLUDING SUCH FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF 
  73. WARRANTY OR CONTRACT, EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF 
  74. SUCH DAMAGES.

  76. 5. TERM.

  78.     The term of this license grant is perpetual. You may terminate this 
  79. Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your 
  80. possession. Your license to use the Software will automatically terminate 
  81. if you breach the terms of this Agreement.

  83. 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
  84.  
  85.     This Agreement is the sole and entire Agreement relating to the subject 
  86. matter hereof, and supercedes all prior understandings, agreements, and 
  87. documentation relating to such subject matter. If any provision in this 
  88. Agreement is held by a court of compete nt jurisdiction to be invalid, void, 
  89. or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force 
  90. without being impaired or invalidated in any way. This Agreement does not 
  91. create any agency or partner relationship. Your rights under this Agreement 
  92. are personal and do not include any right to sublicense the Software. This 
  93. Agreement may be terminated by Realore by giving a 30-day advance written 
  94. notice.

  96. 7. DISTRIBUTION.

  98.     Realore allows and encourages all web sites, on-line services, shareware 
  99. disk vendors, CD-ROM vendors, bulletin board systems, and end-users to freely 
  100. distribute the shareware version of this Software. If you wish to distribute 
  101. the Software, you may obtain the most recent version from www.realore.com. 
  102. It is generally not necessary to contact Realore for authorization, and you 
  103. may begin offering the shareware version immediately.
