Additions to the TIME COUNTS EMPLOYEE TIME & ATTENDANCE SYSTEM in version 1.01:
1) Added a new exception report that allows for reporting of up to
fifteen different exceptions to your company pay policies.
2) Changed the ADDING A PUNCH routine from the time card screen so that
once a date has been entered it will remain the same until the user
changes it. This is extremely useful when entering multiple
punches.
3) Changed the times entered into Time Counts from Military hours and
Hundredths (ie: 1:30 pm would have been entered as 13:50) to straight
Military time (ie: 1:30 pm is now entered as 13:30).
4) Added the capability to select a printer definition from a list of
printers. This allows for better printer support and more
attractive reports.
5) Added Screen Color Definitions, allowing users to select the colors
displayed. There are over 30 different field colors that may be
changed.

Additions to the TIME COUNTS EMPLOYEE TIME & ATTENDANCE SYSTEM in version 1.02:
1) Modified the timecard reports so that when printed from the timecard
screen any range of dates (to a maximum of thirty one (31) days may
be printed regardless on you company pay period type.
2) Modified the reports setup screen to prompt whether or not you want
payrates printed on the reports. This is valid for any and all
reports and is defaulted to No.
3) Fixed a bug in the exception report which allowed employees to be
reported as absent even though they had been laid-off or terminated.
4) Fixed a bug that intermitantly grabbed the wrong department code for
an employee whos time was being added through the EDIT/ADD function
in the timecard screen.

Additions to the TIME COUNTS EMPLOYEE TIME & ATTENDANCE SYSTEM in version 1.03:
1) Modified the Work Shift definitions so they use five (5) hours as
a minimum qualification of hours worked before Time Counts would
apply the minimum lunch capability.
2) Added Automatic file verification every time Time Counts is run to
insure the pay period data intergrity. Only takes approximately
four (4) seconds to run.

Additions to the TIME COUNTS EMPLOYEE TIME & ATTENDANCE SYSTEM in version 1.03:
3) Added Browse routines to mose of the file maintenance screens
allowing for not only viewing of all records but also the editing
of the records. This can be exteremely useful should you have a
global change in pay rates, or a entire department gets a pay raise.
4). Modified the reports setup screens allowing for reports to be sent
to the screen, printer or a ASCII disk file. The disk file is in an
ASCII format and can be imported into popular speadsheet and
database applications for further review and planning.
5). Added the status log to the Time Clock Utilities menu to report on
all auto processings run. This includes the clock processed, number
of records received, and bad records received and an error code.
6). Added the ability to change the time that is sent to the electronic
time clock. This feature allows company's with branch offices in
different states and time zones to correctly set the time and date
on the clocks in the branch offices. These clocks communicate with
Time Counts via an internal Modem.
7). Added an Index rebuild utility to the utilities menu to allow
rebuilding of all indexes from within Time Counts.
8). Modified the AUTO PROCESSING selection from the main menu to allow
employees to clock in/out at the computer. This is for company's
with only a small number of employee who would rather dedicate a
PC to the Time & Attendance System than purchase an electronic Time
Clock. Another reason for this modification is for shareware users
who do not have access to an electronic clock for their evaluation.
In & Out times may also be entered via the EDIT/ADD feature in the
timecard screen for comparison to mechanical timecard calculations.
Please be certain that your policies and shifts have been defined
so the calculation reflect your true totals.
