  1. REM This batch file will print a copy of an Order Form and Mailing
  2. REM    List form that you can use to register ExpressGraph, order
  3. REM    the most recent version of any of our products, or to put
  4. REM    your name on our mailing list so that you will be notified
  5. REM    of new releases and products.  It requires two pieces of 
  6. REM    paper.

  9. REM             head is directly over a page break perforation.
