  21.   "By LOMAX". or "LOMAX SOFTWARE"

  23. - All LOMAX products are "SHAREWARE", or "Try-Before-You-Buy" software.  
  24.   You may not use the term "Free Software", "Almost Free Software", "Public 
  25.   Domain Software" or any other terms that would mean the game is free.  
  26.   LOMAX's products are not public domain.
