- 3Dfx Banshee
Direct3D is also available to support most recent 3D-hardware chipsets.

>> 3. TROUBLESHOOTING <<
========================
Make sure the latest drivers are installed for your graphics card, sound
card and any other system devices. These can be downloaded from the chip
manufacturer's websites.
Make sure DirectX 6.1 or later is installed on your system.
Make sure DirectX Media 6.0a or later is installed on your system.
Make sure Intel Indeo drivers are installed on your system.
DirectX 7.0, DirectX Media 6.0a and Intel Indeo drivers can all be found
on the Le Mans 24 hours CD.
If you are using an audio cd with the game then make sure all applications
which can auto play audio cd's are disabled.
If you are using an Interact V4 Force Feedback Steering Wheel the game may
start to run slowly. If so, close down any Interact helper applications on
the system tray to solve this problem.
If you change the hardware on your system then you must delete the following
file for the game to function correctly:
"<Lemans_Install_Directory>\bin\lemans.ini"
If you have a virus checker on your system then disable it before running
the game. If the game files are being checked for viruses when opened then
the game will stop now and again, especially with commentary.
Make sure your desktop settings are a minimum of 16bit colour. The game will
not run if a colour depth less than this is selected.
===================
>> 4. KNOWN BUGS <<
===================
You will experience alpha blending problems on the S3 Savage 3 and 4 video
cards. This will manifest itself as solid patches of white on screen.
On some older ISA soundcards you may experience sound jumping problems.
If running through Glide you experience a black screen then try pressing
Ctrl-F9 to switch the display.
