He demands 1, an end to sanctions against Iraq, 2, that Iraq's international debt be forgiven, 3, that world oil prices rise to no less than $50.00 a barrel, and 4, that Kuwait, including the Buran oil fields, become the sole property of Iraq. With surprising speed, U.S ., British, Arab and Israeli forces form a coalition to 1, prevent Iraq's hydrogen bombs from getting out of the country by completely sealing it off, and 2, go into Iraq to search for and destroy their thermonuclear weapons. Three weeks later, the fight is on. But with military drawdowns and budget cutbacks, the Coalition may be doing too little too late ...
