  7. adequate ingredients, he can be replaced - and if he offers \
  8. those same excuses about the Stonemarket shortages, please \
  9. remind him that the grocery budget is a good fifty percent \
  10. above last year's figures, and even he should be able to procure \
  11. adequate victuals at those prices.
