  6.    Thank you for trying the fishing simulator. 
  7.    The programmer of Fishing simulator, Jason Clive Spooner, reserves 
  8.    all rights to this program and the accompanying documentation.
  9.    
  10.    It may be distributed for a fee ONLY with the programmer's
  11.    permission.
  12.    
  13.    Besides permission, there may be a one-time distribution
  14.    license fee or a per-unit royalty fee required from shareware
  15.    vendors, either or any to be negotiated between the programmer and
  16.    each interested vendor on an individual basis.

  18.    The shareware version may be copied and distributed freely, but 
  19.    NOT the full registered verison.

  21.    Fishing siumlator is not free. It is copyright 1999 & 2000 and is
  22.    distributed as shareware. You may use it to evaluate its
  23.    suitability to your needs. If you continue to use Fishing simulator
  24.    beyond a reasonable evaluation period, you must register it.

  26.    Registration is ú19.99 (pounds) in the U.K. To register this

  49.    addition of new tackle, bait, fish and venues. Hopefully version
  50.    two will be released early in 2001. Registered users of this 
  51.    software will be offered a discounted registration fee on 
  52.    version two.

  58.    This software product is complex by nature and takes full advantage
  59.    of modern hardware and software, because of the wide variety of 
  60.    of hardware available, the author cannot guarantee that the product
  61.    will be compatible with every system. Every effort has been made
  62.    to achieve this and an extensive test program has reported no
  63.    hardware incompatibilities. As a result the author accepts no 
  64.    liability for any effects that may be caused as a result of running
  65.    this software program. This applies to hardware, software, data files
  66.    or personal health.

  68.    In the event of any incompatabilities, the author will make every
  69.    reasonable (at his discretion) effort to resolve the matter, which
  70.    may in some cases result in a refund of registration fees.
