  105. Benefits of Registration

  107. Registration for one CPU entitles you to run PC-TimeClock
  108. forever on one computer; with it you will receive a diskette
  109. containing the following:

  111.     a) the 32-bit registered versions of timclk32.exe and
  112.        tcrept32.exe, with no registration reminder screens
  113.        or time limiting,
  114.     b) the comprehensive on-line help and tutorial file,
  115.     c) the latest Shareware versions of our other products.

  117. You will also receive a free upgrade to the next major
  118. revision of PC-TimeClock, which will be mailed to you as
  119. soon as it becomes available.  You can purchase upgrades to
  120. subsequent revisions at one half off of the then-prevailing
  121. registration fee schedule.

  140. to use PC-TimeClock on more computers; it does not come with
  141. additional diskettes.

  143. Commissions
  144. -----------
  145. We pay commissions to people registered as individual users
  146. who encourage other individuals or businesses to register
  147. PC-TimeClock.  Simply ask them to write "Recommended by
  148. (your name)" in the comments section of this form when they
  149. register; each time we receive two registrations mentioning
  150. your name, we will send you a check for $5 as a "thank you"
  151. for recommending our software.
